Seller

§1. General

These Terms govern photography services and the sale of digital content (photos) via rg.photo. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms.

§2. Definitions

• Seller — the entity named above.
• Customer — the person placing an order (consumer or business).
• Digital content — photo files delivered electronically.
• Order — the Customer's declaration of intent to conclude a contract, submitted via the website form.

§3. Scope of services

The Seller offers photography of rhythmic-gymnastics competitions and studio sessions, followed by delivery of processed digital files. Package details and prices are shown on the services page and in the order form.

§4. Placing orders

• Orders are placed via the form on the website.
• The Seller confirms acceptance by email within 24 hours. The contract is concluded upon confirmation.
• The Seller may decline an order placed incorrectly or after the required deadline, informing the Customer.

§5. Prices and payment

• Prices on the site are in Polish złoty (PLN). Amounts shown in euro are indicative (for the convenience of international Customers) — payment may also be settled in euro by bank transfer.
• Payment methods: cash and bank transfer to an IBAN account (including payment in euro). Others may be added later.
• A VAT invoice is issued on request for business Customers (upon providing a Tax ID).

§6. Delivery

Processed digital files are delivered electronically (download link or email) within the timeframe of the chosen package. Performance begins after order confirmation.

§7. Right of withdrawal

A consumer who concluded a distance contract may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, by submitting a statement (e.g. to the Seller's email).

Digital-content exception: under Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply where performance (delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium) has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and after being informed of the loss of that right. The consumer may grant such consent when ordering.

§8. Complaints

Customers may file a complaint regarding conformity of the service/content at hello@rg.photo. The Seller responds within 14 days.

§9. Out-of-court dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

§10. Personal data

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

§11. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The Seller may amend these Terms; orders placed before a change are governed by the version in force at the time of ordering.
